From Poly: "The Sunday Mail (UK), 3 July 2005, in its Rough Cut column, says that Russell is in talks to voice Aslan [name corrected], The Messiah Lion, in the film adaptation of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Witch, the Lion and the Wardrobe. I can't transcribe the whole thing now, but they make a persuasive case saying that Brian Cox was the most likely actor until now, but Russell renewed his interest. Mark Johnson, producer of The Long Green Shore, is the the producer of The Witch, the Lion and the Wardrobe as well." (Picture is to open this December)
