Every time someone asks me about South's I find myself using the word complex. However lately I'm finding that word isn't enough to describe all the fronts that we are working on.

It is a far bigger job than either Peter or I could have assumed. That said though, it is compelling.
We chip away at things every day.We do our best,as we expect from our players.

Monday the 19th of March we start the season against our 100 year old Nemesis, The Sydney Roosters, Formerly Eastern Suburbs, then Sydney City. Fickle buggers.

This will be our 194th game against them.

We have won 102 and lost 86 and drawn 5.

However we have only beaten them once in 13 years.

Whatever this experience becomes, Murph, it is amazing to see the ripples of our contribution.
In the office, in the players, in the district.

We have made lots of people smile.That is a big part of this job.

It is sport after all.
